Hypknowit Hypnosis is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and the Loved By Me 12-week course.

What we collect and why

Account details (name, email, password credentials) to create and secure your account and give you course access; purchase records (transaction and subscription references, amounts, invoice numbers) to confirm enrolment and provide receipts; support messages to answer your questions; and technical data (IP address, device and usage information) for security, fraud prevention and improving the course. With your consent we may email you about new offerings.

Legal basis

We process this information to perform our contract with you (providing the course), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and with consent where required (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

Who we share it with

Service providers who host our site, database and email; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the course, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and course data while your account is active, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally seven years). After that we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security, to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact jmjsan@hotmail.com and we'll respond within one month. Australian users may complain to the OAIC; UK/EEA users may complain to their supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
