These terms govern your use of the Loved By Me website and the Loved By Me 12-Week Guided Self-Love and Hypnosis Experience, provided by Hypknowit Hypnosis ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the course you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

What you receive

Enrolment gives you access to twelve weekly video lessons, twelve downloadable workbooks, a fillable journal and weekly live group hypnosis sessions, together with ongoing access to the course library.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate contact details.

Acceptable use

You must not use the course unlawfully, fraudulently or for spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; share, resell or redistribute the course materials; attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls; or interfere with the security of the site (malware, probing, scraping).

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the course, its recordings, workbooks, journal, branding and all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal practice.

Payment and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Where you choose the three-month payment plan, each instalment is charged automatically until the plan total is paid.

Nature of the course

The course is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Hypnosis sessions are relaxation and self-development experiences; please do not participate while driving or operating machinery.

Service level and warranties

We aim to keep the site and sessions available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the course or community.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
